McKenzie Rainbows
Steve Scott from Hood River, Oregon and a nice McKenzie Native.
Trout fishing on the McKenzie is going great again, now that recent rains have eased a bit and allowed the river to drop back down. Early in the day, fishing nymphs under indicators is the way to find them. As the day goes on, look for blizzard hatches of grannom caddis (sz. 14-16) and then a little later, the march browns will draw the most interest from the trout.
