Country singer Josh Kelly came to Roseburg today for a concert tonight at the Douglas County Fair Grounds. It seems Josh is an avid fly fisherman and he wanted to fish before his show. So we introduced him to Umpqua Smallmouth and he had a blast. Turns out Josh is a helluva good guy and a great fly fisherman.
